We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and have introduced the following cancellation policy. It is advisable to consider taking out appropriate insurance cover to compensate for any financial loss due to cancellation.
*For bookings covering 1-5 room nights, If you cancel your booking please notify us by e-mail before 13.00pm GMT at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Every effort will then be made to re-let the room(s) for the period booked, however if we are unable to re-let, the value of one night's stay (per room) will be charged against your card.
*For bookings covering 6 -13 room nights we require a 1 night's deposit per room. This deposit is refundable in full with at least 14 days notice.
*For bookings covering more than 14 room nights we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged the entire stay. Cancellations must be made in writing by email, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of requests made by word of mouth alone.
