"2nd visit to this Paddington hotel. Less than 10 mins walk from the station and we received a warm welcome from the Receptionist. Our room was warm and comfortable with all that we could need. Would definitely stay again."

I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at Caring Hotel. We were staying three nights and for a hotel only 11 minutes from Paddington Station and near Hyde Park I thought the price was too good to be true. When I got there I found the room comfortable and clean; the bathroom was clean; the staff were very friendly. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. The location is perfect for visiting central London.

Our stay started with a great welcome from reception lady on duty (reception is 24/7, which we found extra convenient) worth mentioning! They are currently in the process of refurbishing the hotel, the room looked great, very functional, modern, good choices of colors, and clean! We had tea/coffee available in the room and the hotel provided complimentary breakfast as a way of apology for potential disturbance caused by the on going refurbishment work (we stayed in the hotel only to sleep and experienced zero disturbance), still a nice touch! Great address, 100% recommend if you are in Bayswater/Queensway area.
